ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

It's all about attitudeCompanies are always sending people off to courses to learn new skills, tools and techniques. Which is fine, except they seldom work on the most important thing of all – their ATTITUDE.

If a company sent me on a sales course I’d learn the skills, tools, and techniques that make for a good salesperson. The problem is I don’t see myself as a salesperson. I hate selling. I can’t sell. So no matter how many sales skills, tools, and techniques I’m taught, if my self-belief when it comes to being a salesperson is “I hate selling. I can’t sell” … I’ll be shit, no matter what.
