DON’T BELIEVE THE VOICE IN YOUR HEAD

Most people could write an essay about why they’ll fail, but they can’t even finish a sentence about why they’ll win.

There Is A Version Of You That Sabotages Everything.

Let’s meet them.

  • Fear.
  • Shame.
  • Guilt.
  • Envy.
  • Self-doubt.
  • Imposter syndrome.
  • Comparison.
  • Overthinking.
  • People-pleasing.
  • Perfectionism.

These are the inner saboteurs.

And they don’t shout, they whisper.

You hear them in the quiet moments.

They speak in hesitation and in stomach knots.

They shrink you when you should be expanding.

The Voice In Your Head

If you listen closely, you will hear them talking.

It’s the voice in your head. Like a radio station that never shuts up, it’s always tuned to one of two channels:

I SUCK 94.5AM or I ROCK 104.6FM

Most people could write an essay about why they’ll fail, but they can’t even finish a sentence about why they’ll win. They can tell you that they’re too old, too late, too tired, not good enough, not smart enough, not ready enough.

But ask them what they can do, what makes them special and what lights them up. And suddenly they’re very quiet. And that’s because they’ve been taught to believe all their limitations before they ever learned to trust their gifts.

I’m a motivational speaker, and every time I ask someone “What are your strenghts or superpowers?”, I get a sort of blank look as they try and think of something. It’s at that point that I turn to their colleagues and ask them, “So, what makes Sally great?” And there’s never a shortage of feedback, compliments, and praise.

It’s Time To Take Out The Trash

Rewiring The Script

A belief is just a thought you’ve rehearsed. And when you replay your limits long enough, they start to sound like facts. But just because you believed something for years doesn’t make it true.

So maybe it’s time to stop collecting reasons why you can’t, and start building evidence that you can.

You’re not here to play small. You’re here to wake up. To reclaim the parts of you that were muted, ignored, or overwritten by fear. Who I call the Real YOU in my motivational talks and workshops.

Your power was never lost. It was just buried under bullshit.

Time to dig it out!!
