Real YOU: What do you bring to the party?!
Richard will be delivering a 2-hour Real YOU session in Brisbane, Australia, for CitrusAd’s Global Leadership Team. Twenty-five leaders will be participating in Real YOU from Australia, the US, the UK, and India.
CitrusAd was founded in 2017, and is a white-label, self-serve, ecommerce ad-serving platform that enables retailers to monetise their online shelf-space. In 2021 CitrusAd was acquired by Publicis Groupe, the third largest communications group in the world.
The shift from being a small start-up with an entrepreneurial culture to being part of a global team of 86,000 people has created a new order at CitrusAd, and there’s a feeling that they have lost their way (as well as their way of being) a little.
Richard’s task is to inspire and move the leaders to step up their game to a whole new level of performance as CitrusAd enter the next stage of their journey as a business.
