The Lion Speech.
The movie Pool Junkies came out in 2002 and wasn’t the greatest film ever. But there’s just one scene that I will never forget. It’s called “The Lion Speech”, and it’s given by Christopher Walken in a toilet.
Here’s the moral of the story. If you’re sitting around contemplating life and thinking about how you want to live it and how you’re going to make it in this world, start living like the lion. Hone your skills as a lion would. Work as hard as you can, put in the hours and build your strengths, but don’t be boastful about it. Don’t show it off. Just know that you have the skills to defeat anyone at anything.
And then one day, when the time is right, you’ll get up and tear the shit out of everybody. Because every once in a while you have to show the jackals who you really are.
